There are quite a few free courses in Paris, and I think it’s useful to write an article about each one of them. Today, it will be about the famous free courses at the École du Louvre.

Organized in partnership with the City of Paris, this weekly course takes place from November to May and changes its theme every year.

In 2011/2012, this course covered the subject of “Paris on stage: Performing arts in Paris, from the Middle Ages to the 60s” and began on November 18, 2011.

Toulouse-Lautrec poster: Troupe de Mlle Églantine, Jane Avril, Cléopatre Gazelle.

These courses take place every Friday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, are free, and accessible to all within the limit of available seats (600 spots). Don’t hesitate to go and attend them; they are high-quality courses.
