Launched in France in 1982, the Fête de la Musique, which has become a global event, is organized every June 21st for the summer solstice in more than 110 countries, including about twenty in Europe. This year, the big day for this new edition falls on Friday, June 21st, for its 43rd edition! For this installment, marching bands will be in the spotlight: this collective artistic practice is supported by the Ministry of Culture through the Plan for Marching Bands and Amateur Practice. It’s the perfect opportunity to spend a wonderful evening and enjoy music until the end of the night. As usual, I’ve put together a non-exhaustive selection of events to enjoy in Paris below. Don’t hesitate to book now, as some events will only be accessible upon reservation.
