Even as a young girl, I read comics—okay, very different from what I would read later on, but it’s a medium I’ve always loved.
So, I admit it, my younger years were spent enjoying the gags of Boule & Bill.
When I first saw the movie trailer at the cinema, I had to wait until the end title to realize it was an adaptation of the comic book from my childhood. Because of that, I’m quite curious to find out if the director made a completely different story and what the result is like.
All this to tell you about a preview of the film which will take place on February 26, 2013, at the L’Archipel cinema (Paris 10th district), and to which I would like to invite you with my partner Hutch Hot-Dogs House, a small hot dog shop that will be moving into L’Archipel for the evening to offer you these delicious hot dogs.
Pitch: It all starts at the animal shelter. A young cocker spaniel is moping in his cage. He hasn’t found his dream owners yet. Suddenly, a little boy appears, as ginger as he is. Birds of a feather flock together: it’s love at first sight. For Boule and Bill, it’s the start of a great friendship. For the parents, it’s the start of trouble… And off we go for a great family adventure! Starring Franck Dubosc and Marina Foïs. Comedy, for ages 6 and up.
