Today I wanted to introduce you to Urban Pulse, an app for smartphones and tablets that uses geolocation to identify the best tips and great spots near your current location (which can be extremely useful, let’s be honest!).
This free application, available for download on iPhone and Android, is currently available for the following cities: Paris and the Ile-de-France region, Lyon, Rennes, Strasbourg, Chambéry, Avignon, New York, and New Orleans, with new cities like Marseille, Lille, and Toulouse currently in the works.
In addition to that, the site organizes a monthly Urban Pulse Outing that offers an unmissable current exhibition + a nearby restaurant to discover.
All of this is completely free and 15 lucky people are selected in the monthly giveaway to join the Urban Pulse team for a fun evening.

Urban Pulse is inviting me, along with one of my readers, to the outing on Thursday, November 14 at 6:30 PM, for a tour of the retrospective dedicated to Jordaens at the Petit Palais in Paris, followed by dinner at the Chez Françoise restaurant, apparently a jewel of French gastronomy (which I will discover at the same time as you).
