I already gave you a taste with a little teaser here, so mark the date below! On Wednesday, November 14, MasterCard France will be grandly launching its “Priceless Paris” program in Paris.
The goal of this loyalty program, accessible to all MasterCard cardholders, is to offer them moments that are truly priceless. And I can tell you that they have put a lot of thought into this at MasterCard and have some wonderful surprises in store for their clients!
The Priceless Cities program, launched a year ago by MasterCard, already exists in the cities of New York, London, Toronto, and Beijing.
In Paris, it will offer privileged access to exclusive experiences and offers that will allow its beneficiaries (subject to availability, of course) to discover Paris in a new light.
The ambition: to change the habits of Parisians, to showcase today what will be popular tomorrow, and to help provide a fresh perspective on the city. With this in mind, MasterCard will offer, through the Priceless Paris program, a full calendar of events “that are priceless (!)” across 6 lifestyle and leisure categories: music and theater / gastronomy / shopping / museums and outings / travel and hotels / sports.
To whet your appetite, here are a few examples of Priceless Paris moments that MasterCard clients will be able to enjoy:
- Go to the market with Michelin-starred chef Philippe Labbé
- Taste fine wines in the cellar of the Hôtel Plaza Athénée
- Book a table 4 days in advance at the most sought-after spots in Paris, closed especially for the Priceless Dinners co-organized by Priceless Paris and Le Guide Fooding
- Meet Edouard Baer after the performance of “A la française!” and get backstage access at the Théâtre Marigny, where a gypsy jazz orchestra will be playing
- Participate in a private dance workshop with the performers of Octopus
- Converse with the soloists from the West Side Story troupe
- Be received as a V.I.P. in Elegancia group hotels
- Exclusive backstage access to the Shangri-La Hotel, Paris
- Visit the Dali exhibition at the Centre Pompidou or the Van Cleef & Arpels exhibition at night in a private setting
- Test out the precious and semi-precious stone massages at the Gemology spa in Saint James Paris
- Access the highly exclusive Serenity menu at the Aquamoon spa, Place Vendôme
- Attend a private fashion show in the loft of the house of Cadolle

But for this Priceless Day on November 14, MasterCard will be offering magical moments to all Parisians, without exception, in every corner of the capital.
In total, 1,000 surprises scattered throughout Paris—on the streets and elsewhere—will be randomly destined for Parisians, whether for a day or for a lifetime, who happen to cross their path. On that day in Paris, you’ll need to stay alert or let yourself be surprised, but either way, savor the value of the priceless…
I can already give you a few clues about the places where things are likely to happen:
- the area around the Opéra Garnier and department stores, the La Défense esplanade, the bridges over the Seine, the Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, the MK2 cinemas, at Colette, Cantine California, Uber, …

There won’t be 1,000 surprises, but 10,000, starting at 7:00 AM!
Information regarding the surprises will be revealed and shared on social networks throughout the day via the hashtag #PricelessParis and the MasterCard Facebook page. However, I can already give you some clues and tips as a sneak peek regarding locations, times, and surprises!
First, the partners for the day: colette, Uber, Cantine California, MK2, The Palais de Tokyo. All of these places/brands will become Priceless on November 14 through exclusive experiences imagined by Priceless Paris.
The surprises will take different forms: donations and gifts, but above all experiences offered by Priceless Paris.
If you find yourself near La Défense or Opéra, pleasant tokens of appreciation might come your way at 9 AM to start the day off right. Don’t hesitate to take your lunch break at Saint Honoré. Concerts, meetings with artists, and special moments will take place at the Palais de Tokyo, MK2 Bibliothèque, and at Colette – I also recommend a stroll on the Pont des Arts in the mid-morning or mid-afternoon…
