My Beauty Deals

by Melle Bon Plan
Published: Updated:

Yes, I know, I’ve been doing a lot of themed articles lately! At the same time, I really like it, and it allows me to share all the great deals I have up my sleeve right now. So, here I am back with a special beauty deals article, which I hope will give you some interesting leads in the field.

I have compiled a good number of beauty deals in this article that I also update regularly, which therefore includes recent news (for example, this article contains deals updated in 2021!). And so that new additions are visible quickly, I add them at the beginning of the article, so you can easily identify them.

My product tests with Trust Beauty

Trustbeauty is a community platform combining profiles, reviews, and recommendations from women and influencers around beauty and wellness themes. I have been registered on this platform (formerly Mon Vanity Idéal) myself for several years, and I find the concept truly great.

The really great thing about this site is that it also offers many tests of beauty, makeup, and wellness products to its community. The principle is simple: you sign up as a “tester” and apply for tests based on your desires and preferences.

Obviously, these tests are completely free, and we receive the product in full size for testing, which we can then keep, of course. After the test phase, we must post a sincere review of the product on the site and also a photo of the product if possible. For each product, the site selects a relevant and diverse panel according to the actions and specificities of the product.

Below, I show you in photos some products that I had the opportunity to test with Trustbeauty for different brands (and you can find my reviews on these products on the Trustbeauty site):

  • Naturaloé: a brand that has been offering food supplements and Cosmebio-certified cosmetics since 2002, based on organic Aloe Vera and 100% natural origin.
  • MyMaquillage: this makeup and cosmetics platform offers affordable, organic, vegan, and 100% cruelty-free makeup.
  • Cattier: this brand, which has existed since 1968, is a pioneer in organic and natural cosmetics.
  • Algologie: this brand has its laboratories and our factory facing the Bréhat Archipelago in Brittany and offers products with algae, minerals, vegetable oils, and seawater.
  • Saeve: this brand of natural and healthy cosmetics offers products based on organic birch sap elixir & organic chaga.
  • le Moulin de mon Père: this brand specializes in organic virgin vegetable oils in the heart of Provence.
  • Héliabrine: this brand was created in 1976 in Monaco, and I tested their rebalancing cream with organic sweet clover and blue daisy, as well as their AHA satin body cream (fruit active ingredients).
  • Natorigin: a high-tolerance brand that offers natural makeup for sensitive or allergic skin.
  • Marilou bio: a small French company of organic products with ecological and human values.

Happy Girls Evenings

The Happy Days Studio transforms once a month on a Thursday into a bubble of relaxation for women to offer them an evening dedicated to wellness in its entirety.

To be honest with you, when I went to discover the concept, I had put myself in the position of the reluctant girl, who wants to see but without immersion in the atmosphere, in “I’m just an observer” mode. And finally, much to my own surprise and for my greatest pleasure, I loosened up as the evening went on, and here below is the photo that summarizes my state when I left: “fully energized for the week”.

So how did I end up there? At the beginning of the evening, I was hesitant. I finally agreed to play along by having a small cider cocktail from Sassy (well, I don’t need to introduce them anymore, I already talked about them on the blog). I then let myself be tempted by a little divination session (very interesting), which I followed up with a makeup and hair break, and I found myself without even realizing it in front of the photographer’s lens, even though after the Nana experience I told myself “never again!”.

The photos speak for themselves, I think, I was good, relaxed, I felt beautiful, I laughed, and I left feeling light even though my mood was black as coal when I arrived. This is also due to the undeniable talent of Ilan Sabban, particularly gifted at putting you at ease in front of the lens and brilliant at capturing the best of you.

I can tell you that I was the first to be surprised by the result, and when I look at the photos from the shoot, it makes me smile again.

So there, I don’t know about others, but you could say the Happy Girls magic worked on me and that I took a real moment for myself with lots of happiness. An outing to do with girlfriends, therefore, or all alone to boost your morale and treat yourself to a moment just for you.
