After my first article on Fitness and Well-being, I feel really into this theme and I still have quite a few tips to share with you on the subject.
Here is my latest little selection of fitness, beauty, and wellness tips in Paris (sorry to everyone else, but I don’t yet have the means to travel all over France to test every tip in the country, although obviously, I wouldn’t be against it…).
Do a Bo Jus cure to detox your body and have a deep cleanse

These antioxidant, detoxifying, and revitalizing juices allow for deep drainage while providing vital elements to your cells.
Consumed as a cure, excluding all other food, vegetable juices allow you to do a near-fast, but much more easily. All Bojus cures were created by Claudine Richard, a naturopath specializing in living foods.
Price: from €75 for the 1-day cure to €355 for the 5-day cure (all delivered to your home).
