The Top Chef pop-up restaurant

You might not believe me, but it took an evening organized by NoSite for the launch of the new season of Top Chef for me to see an episode of this show for the first time in my life… No, I don’t live on Mars, I’ve just fallen out of the habit of watching TV in recent years.

Well, by the way, between us, I’m none the worse for it.

And then, in the end, I was pleasantly surprised by Top Chef and particularly by the “professional chefs” aspect of the show. So, I enjoyed watching the 2nd challenge of season 3 and suddenly I felt more connected to the rest of my peers; great, one more conversation topic to bring up during a fancy dinner!

But enough chit-chat, the news I wanted to share with you today is the opening, for the first time, simultaneously with the broadcast on M6 of Top Chef season 3, of a Top Chef pop-up restaurant at L’Alcazar in Paris.

The concept is simple: to allow fans of the show to taste the cuisine of the talents from previous seasons, but also from the new talents of the 3rd season. The venue will also be revamped in Top Chef colors to become the “Club House” of the show.

In total, around a dozen iconic contestants from seasons 1 and 2, along with the new talents of season 3, will be guests in the kitchen of the L’Alcazar restaurant, alongside the permanent brigade, to have the public taste their dishes through a “Top Chef” menu served for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
