The MOB (Maimonide Of Brooklyn), inaugurated shortly before the summer of 2013 on the model of the Brooklyn brand, has taken up residence at the Cité de la mode et du design, a trendy new Parisian venue, offering its customers a magnificent view of the Seine.
The creator of this concept, Cyril Aouizerate, rolls out his veggie burgers, hot dogs with plant-based sausage, pizzas, and chocolate cheesecakes by surfing the vegan phenomenon that has taken over our urban spaces.
It’s not really for that particular reason that I went to MOB, but rather to discover the atmosphere of the place and especially the food (yes, I know, I only think about grub, a special dedication to my mom who doesn’t like it when I use that word).
On the menu, a test of the veggie burger and the spinach and mushroom pizza, which hide behind the name of an American superhero—heads up for the uninitiated!
In the end, I found the products very good and, honestly, the prices are really reasonable (starting from €4 for a burger and €8 for a hot dog).
The extra touch: for sunny days (it’s the perfect time to enjoy them!), the small terrace at MOB overlooking the Seine is really nice.
