My top spots to eat in Pigalle

Today, I’m sharing my selection of the best restaurants to eat in Pigalle in this article. This Parisian neighborhood is located in the north of the capital, around the Place Pigalle, and includes the streets located on both sides of the boulevards of Clichy and Marguerite-de-Rochechouart, stretching across the 9th and 18th arrondissements. And of course, as always, I regularly update my article as I make new discoveries and test more spots.

L’Atelier Saint Georges, a burger restaurant located in the Pigalle neighborhood in Paris, which I was invited to discover recently. The space is bright, with high ceilings, minimalist, and full of light. The large windows toward the front of the restaurant set the tone and atmosphere of a chic bistro. The burgers are stylish and gourmet, crafted with products carefully chosen by the owners, Xavier and Eloi. The bread, for instance, is artisanally made at a local bakery, the meat is always hand-chopped, and the desserts are all homemade. I particularly enjoyed the cheesecake I had at the end of the meal; it was both light and flavorful—in short, a real delight in terms of texture!

What also particularly won me over was the originality of the burger recipes offered, like the one I chose, the Gaston: garnished with Granny Smith apples sautéed in butter, wrapped under a melting layer of raw milk Camembert from Normandy, all accompanied by fresh arugula and sprinkled with toasted pine nuts… In short, a poem on a plate. My companion for the day chose the Monsieur (with Ossau-Iraty cheese) and found it less flowery than mine. In terms of pricing, it’s very reasonable, as prices range from €14 to €20 (for the foie gras burger), all served with succulent homemade fries or a green salad (or both!). Special mention for the homemade sauce, which perfectly complements the fries (and I am very sensitive to such details). A burger spot to add to your list and discover very soon.
