This friendly Thai restaurant is ideally located in the charming Passage Verdeau covered arcade. I don’t know if I’ve ever told you how much I love Parisian covered passages? They are remnants of a bygone era, yet they still retain their original atmosphere, allowing you to take a little trip back in time as you walk through them.
The Holybol restaurant offers delicious, refined, and homemade Thai dishes served in bowls, as well as succulent pastries.

As for the decor, the place is cozy, stylish, and modern with beautiful light, even on the first floor of the restaurant, which is quite pleasant.
To try:
- I highly recommend trying the house fresh juices (€5) and smoothies (€6). We tested the Holy Detox (apple, cucumber, basil, lime) and the yellow smoothie (pineapple, mango, orange, banana, and ginger).

- As a starter to whet our appetite, we shared 4 crispy chicken and vegetable nems (spring rolls) (€6.50).

- For specialties, we tried (and weren’t disappointed) the chicken Pad Thai (€17), a Thai dish that I personally love.

- Otherwise, you can also have fun composing your own bowl by mixing a base and a topping (€16 / + €4 with an extra). It’s very playful, and for picky eaters, it allows you to put exactly what you like into the bowl. Personally, I prefer the “ready-to-eat” dishes because I find that when you choose for yourself, you don’t necessarily find the best flavor combinations between the ingredients… But that’s a very personal point of view…

- Don’t miss the dessert: be sure to try the French pastries made by the house pastry chef! For our part, we tested the mango soup with coconut milk (€6.50) and the pastry of the day (€7), which was a red fruit Pavlova during our visit.

As a bonus, this address was a great excuse to continue our new video format for the blog’s YouTube channel with 1-minute restaurant review videos.
