I’m losing my good habits and I notice that it’s been a long time since I’ve written a little brunch article on the blog. Certainly the fault of my lack of time and also my desire, I must admit, to lounge languidly under the sheets on Sunday mornings…
But I still try to have a little brunch with friends from time to time so I don’t lose the rhythm (it’s a competitive sport, after all, let’s not forget!).
Recently, it was at the Renaissance Le Parc Trocadéro hotel that my charming blog companion, Parisian Touch, and I went to deploy our “brunch specialty” staging talents, to the great astonishment of the other guests on that quiet Sunday (yes, it was right at the beginning of November).
As a reminder, I had already tested Chef Stéphane Duchiron‘s table this summer, while enjoying a delicious terrace dinner.
On the program for this brunch, therefore, a superb, extremely varied buffet (savory, sweet, hot and cold drinks), with hot dishes to choose from in addition à la carte.
What is particularly well thought out is that the hot dishes are in small quantities, so you can taste several and still have a little room for the rest, because everything is delicious.
If you have an ogre’s appetite, you will be full and you will have had, in addition, plenty of choice according to your tastes.
Brunch price: €59 for adults and €29 for the younger ones (under 12).
