Today on the blog I’m offering you a selection of 4 places to eat balanced and healthy food, if you need a little detox session with the arrival of spring (from time to time, it feels good!).
On the agenda: two brunches, a breakfast, and a lunch focused on healthy, often organic products, which still know how to be delicious, so you can take care of yourself while enjoying a treat.

The raw food brunch at 42 Degrés
At 42 Degrés, they offer raw food. But what on earth is that, you might ask? This concept allows you to rediscover the flavors of food because it is consumed in its natural, raw, unprocessed state (meaning we skip the cooking step) so that it retains all its vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc.

In short, raw food cuisine is raw, natural, vegan, and organic.
The house brunch is offered every Sunday (it often sells out) and is presented as a buffet with sweet and savory options + a hot drink of your choice (I highly recommend testing the chai tea latte).

42 degrés 109, rue du Faubourg poissonnière 75009 Paris Open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and on Sunday for brunch from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Price: €33 for the all-you-can-eat brunch every Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

The Goji Bar brunch
The Goji Bar is a small spot located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris that offers a gourmet selection based around the goji berry—nicknamed the “happy berry” in Asia, and extremely well-known for its many benefits.

Every Saturday (by reservation), the venue offers a 100% healthy brunch based on goji berries.
On the menu: a goji shot, orange juice, a hot drink of your choice, toast with goji jam, eggs, a slice of quiche, toast, gazpacho, a smoothie, or a house dessert of your choice (you must try the goji tiramisu).

A must-try: the homemade goji berry jam, made by the owner’s mother, it is to die for!

Fruity lunch at Paradis du Fruit
Le Paradis du Fruit is a well-known brand among Parisians and lovers of smoothies, ice creams, and colorful salads, which offers, in addition to its famous desserts, balanced and gourmet dishes.

To taste:
- Energy shots (€4 for 6 cl): Vitality (yuzu, mint and basil), Tonus (apple, chili, turmeric), Stimulant (açaï, pineapple, guarana), Emoustillant (ginger, lemon, honey), to give yourself a little boost for the day.

- The Parmesan waffle with tomato, mozzarella and basil, served with a seasonal soup (€14.90), a delight!

- For a main course, you can also try the build-your-own flavor plates (2 flavors + 1 side for €14.90) with many choices. For my part, I chose a summery combination: toasted pita with goat cheese cream, honey, walnuts, and spinach with mozzarella and organic quinoa.

- A signature cocktail: Rose Paradis with strawberry, banana, orange and lemon (€8.90 for 35 cl), to fill up on fruit and vitamins for dessert.

Breakfast at the Auteuil brasserie
This brasserie with its Recup’Chic decor and friendly atmosphere is located on the edge of the 16th arrondissement, in a neighborhood I don’t often frequent, I must admit, but where I like to go from time to time precisely for the pleasure of being in this beautiful place.

In the morning, the establishment offers 2 breakfast formulas: the classic breakfast (€10) or the Auteuil breakfast (€13.50) which I tested.
The plates are generous and everything is served with mismatched vintage tableware that gives it that “just like home” feel that I adore!

The Auteuil breakfast:
- a hot drink of your choice (coffee, Angelina tea or chocolate)
- a green detox juice (kiwi, cucumber, fresh mint, lemon)
- a slice of panettone with candied fruit
- Greek yogurt with granola, fresh banana slices and honey

La brasserie Auteuil 78 rue d’Auteuil, 75016 Paris Open every day from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM and until 3:00 AM on Thursday, Friday & Saturday
