Today on the blog, a quick outing idea for this weekend in the Ile-de-France region, assuming the nice weather hasn’t completely vanished…
Indeed, every first weekend of May, the Château de La Roche-Guyon, located an hour from Paris, exceptionally opens its doors to visitors for an ephemeral stroll in its gardens for the traditional Plant Festival.
On the program:
- meetings with producers, nursery owners, creators, landscape architects, writers, publishers, and more.
- the chance to explore the fruit and vegetable garden, a “Remarkable Garden”, and the English-style garden created in the 18th century (exceptionally open for visiting).
- numerous activities.
Practical information:
Saturday the 5th from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 6th, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
