Yoga Festival Paris 2013

I was already talking about it last year here, but the 2nd edition of the Yoga Festival Paris, organized with the monthly magazine Santé Yoga, is back, once again at the Centquatre in the 19th arrondissement, on October 11th, 12th, and 13th, 2013.

The Yoga Festival Paris aims to present to the public as many forms of yoga practice as exist today: from great authentic traditions to acroyoga, from individual practice to spectacular performances, from meditation to health, and from consciousness to inner ecology.

A quick refresher on the practice of Yoga: this discipline and its various practices are expressed through postures, breathing, and relaxation, helping everyone find their balance and well-being, to relax and tone up.

Reservations for paid workshops are already online at www.yogafestival.fr

Like last year, an exceptional program tailored for everyone—whether you are a beginner, advanced, or simply curious about the variety of practices and the culture of yoga—will be offered to festival visitors.

Your ticket grants access for 3 days to 60 free classes, a Children-Parents Village (mini-practices & conferences, music, storytelling…), musical sessions (Lama Gyurme, Bauls, Dave Stringer – to be confirmed), 10 conferences, the “Health” round table, a fair featuring 115 carefully selected exhibitors, vegan and vegetarian dining, the “Yogis’ Ball,” and many other activities.

But it also gives you access to more than 80 paid 1.5-hour and 2.5-hour workshops (Hatha, Nidra, meditation, breathing, classes for seniors, beginners, people with disabilities, children…) led by renowned teachers.
