Le Bar Fondamental

Since 2019, the bar has also been offering brewing workshops. This workshop is set up right inside the “brewpub” and benefits from the expert advice of the master brewers.

  • Amateur Brewer Workshop (2 hours – €60 / 1 person): Participation in the various stages of brewing, tasting of different styles of craft beers & boards of charcuterie and cheese. Each person will bottle and leave with their own personalized, labeled craft beer.
  • Master Brewer Workshop (4 hours – €160 / 2 people): Selection of your recipe and production of 15 liters of your own beer, step by step, discovery of the world of amateur brewing and tasting of different craft beer styles. Each pair will leave with 30 bottles of their own beer (i.e., 15 liters), adorned with personalized “La Beer Fabrique” labels.
