I already told you about it over the previous 6 years, but as we reach the end of May and start of June, we are going to celebrate gardens with several events to tempt us to get our noses outside, enjoy a little connection with nature, flowers, and all that, by planning some bucolic-themed weekends.
And that’s perfect, since summer seems to have arrived already—rather abruptly, actually—even if the sun seems to think it’s on a work-study contract with the torrential rains I’ve rarely seen before…

Rendez-vous aux Jardins
This year, the new edition of the national event Rendez-vous aux jardins will take place on Friday June 1st, Saturday June 2nd, and Sunday June 3rd, 2018 throughout France.
This event opens the doors to visitors of public and private gardens, protected as historic monuments in partnership with the Ministry of Culture and Communication.
This event is the perfect opportunity to attend workshops, participate in activities, and meet gardeners and owners of exceptional gardens in numerous locations, parks, and grounds across the metropolitan territory and overseas.

Jardins, jardin at the Tuileries
The Jardins, Jardin event will be held again this year at the Tuileries in Paris from May 31st to June 3rd, 2018.
The 15th edition of the renowned Parisian garden and design show focuses on promoting urban well-being with its 11 ephemeral gardens that will take over the Tuileries.
On the program: workshops for everyone (culinary ones in particular!), a Semilla restaurant, conferences, entertainment (including some for children), flower christenings, the innovation grove, ephemeral gardens, staged terraces and balconies, prize givings, a hundred exhibitors, nursery owners, and more.
The Andros brand will also offer tastings and workshops in a greenery theater specially designed for the occasion by Soline Portmann.
