Science comes to the public in the Hauts-de-Seine

From today, Saturday, January 21st, until Sunday, February 5th, 2012, cultural venues in 23 towns across the Hauts-de-Seine will be hosting around 130 free events centered on Science.

The goal of this annual event, La Science se livre, is to make scientific disciplines accessible to as many people as possible, with this year’s theme focusing on “Illusions“.

On the program: 3D screenings, meet-and-greets, debates, workshops for little ones and adults alike, exhibitions, and more.

A little bonus tip: don’t miss the “La Science se livre” awards ceremony, which recognizes works of scientific and technical literature, on Wednesday, January 25th at 7:30 PM at the SEL in Sèvres.
