For this back-to-school season, Galeries Lafayette is introducing a new loyalty program that will simplify the existing one.
The new system has been streamlined and offers a single, simple, and free loyalty program: “The Fashion Loyalty Program” with a unique reward model based on S’Miles points.
A new program, therefore, with more customer benefits and more engagement!
- privileged access to fashion (invitations to promotional previews, private sales, store news, arrival of new brands, etc.)
- S’Miles points with every purchase, convertible into vouchers valid in all Galeries Lafayette stores
- personalized offers based on the customer’s favorite brands
- fashion services: free basic alterations, exchanges without a receipt within 30 days
These benefits are accessible via two cards in all stores starting now, as well as on the website www.galerieslafayette.com :
- the new free loyalty card
- the Galeries Lafayette credit card which offers additional payment facilities (example: interest-free payment in three installments)
Starting this September, all customers who do not currently hold a Galeries Lafayette card will be able to apply for their new card directly online at www.galerieslafayette.com.
The Galeries Lafayette loyalty card can be issued to anyone over 15 years old residing in metropolitan France, Corsica, and countries bordering France. It is available in all Galeries Lafayette stores and Nouvelles Galeries in France.
The launch party, Afterwork
Galeries Lafayette is also organizing events on Thursday, September 12th to celebrate their new Fashion Loyalty Program.
An afterwork event will be held starting at 5:00 PM in all Galeries Lafayette stores in France that day.
On the agenda: a major contest (valid until September 28th), numerous activities, a distribution of “scratch cards” to win S’Miles points and gift cards, and at 6:00 PM, a balloon release will take place in most Galeries Lafayette stores across France.
The prizes:
- 80,000 S’Miles points up for grabs per store
- the 1st prize is a dream shopping day worth 5,000 euros at Paris Haussmann,
- but also a collection of other gifts from major fashion and beauty brands for the other winners.
