It has been more than 15 years that the Chocolate Market, alias Chocorama, has been held in Paris every two years. This year, the fair returns to the Espace des Blancs Manteaux from Friday, November 11 to Sunday, November 13, 2011.
For the occasion, this year’s theme will be spicy as Mexico will be the guest of honor.
On the agenda: conferences, workshops, sculpture and cocoa painting demonstrations, a photography exhibition, and free shows centered around the theme of chocolate, not to mention numerous contests to win prizes.
