Summer has been full of diverse and varied music festivals, but the start of the school year isn’t missing out either!
Like every year at this time, Kiosquorama offers Parisians 16 days of festival in the bandstands of the capital’s parks and gardens for a traveling eco-festival, featuring 42 free concerts during the day, mostly on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout September and October.
The event will therefore take place from September 1st to October 11th, 2013, with a lineup offering amateur artists, up-and-coming artists, and more “established” artists in a different bandstand on each date.
This year, the festival won’t just be in Paris; two towns in the Paris region (Pontoise and Issy-les-Moulineaux), as well as Lyon, are joining the event.
My bible, the magazine A Nous Paris, is even hosting its own little evening, on Thursday, September 12th from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Square Trousseau, notably featuring a concert by Saint-Michel and other surprises, apparently.
The Great Deal: of course, all these concerts are free to access to extend that summer vibe a little longer.
