Sometimes, thanks to blogging, we discover beautiful initiatives and meet people who share their experiences and personal enrichment with us.
This was the case last week, during an evening at a Lush store (an event partner) in Paris, where I met the organizers and two participants from the last Trophée Roses des Sables, a 100% female adventure in the desert.
The concept of this rally like no other is as follows: French-speaking women from all walks of life, united by the same desire to push their limits! This competition, reserved for women, as you might have guessed, is inspired by the tradition of African rally-raids. Aboard a 4×4, Buggy, SSV, Quad, or motorcycle, these adventurers must reach various stages all the way to Ouarzazate.

In anticipation of the 12th Trophée Roses des Sables taking place in 2012, a party is being organized on Thursday, November 24, 2011, at the Salons du Louvre in Paris (66 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau 75001 Paris) to bring together the 2011 and 2012 rally teams and, of course, to introduce you to this world and perhaps inspire some new callings!?…
