I am a foodie, that’s undeniable. I love to eat and I also love to cook.

It won’t surprise you then that today I’m introducing you to a few great Parisian spots that prepare, sell, and sometimes deliver these fabulous little cookies so beloved by our friends across the Atlantic.

I am a big fan of cookies myself, and I’m actually quite picky, as I’m used to making them from scratch every now and then, and in all honesty, I’m pretty good at it!

But back to our cookies…

La Fabrique à Cookies

Founded in 2011 by a young fan of soft cookies, La Fabrique Cookies creates cookies prepared artisanally using fresh, French-sourced products. Each recipe is imagined using the best ingredients and regional French specialties: the calisson from Aix-en-Provence, the pink praline from Valence, salted butter caramel from Guérande, or even nougat from Montélimar take center stage. These are flavors that wake up your taste buds and bring a few childhood memories to the surface.

Today, La Fabrique Cookies offers 15 different cookie recipes, here is a little preview.

The shop, located at 47 rue des Martyrs in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, also serves as a laboratory for creation, preparation, and sales. This is the guarantee for foodies (and passersby) to always have a fresh cookie, baked that same day.

After opening its first shop on Rue des Martyrs last October, La Fabrique Cookies launched online ordering on its website lafabrique-cookies.fr for those in Paris and the surrounding Ile-de-France region.
