We’ve known it for a long time, but as a way to build social bonds, the aperitif is just about the best thing in this world, and the French would certainly agree.
With that in mind, this year 1664 is reinventing the aperitif with beer by partnering with Chef Thomas Clouet, who has created 26 recipes for refined and easy-to-make appetizers for a perfect beer and food pairing.
18 of these recipes are available on the 1664 Facebook page and 8 others can be found exclusively in French brasseries.
The brand is also unveiling a new service for the aperitif with an exclusive limited edition collection of visuals and collector’s cans designed by none other than Mr. Christian Lacroix himself.
