This year, Culture au Quai will take place on September 22nd, 23rd, and 24th, 2017. This event provides an opportunity, for one weekend, to connect with all kinds of audiences.
For this 10th edition, more than 300 cultural venues from the Paris region (theaters, museums, concert halls, heritage sites…) will present their spaces and their programming for the upcoming season along the banks of the Bassin de la Villette.

This major entirely free event dedicates an entire weekend to cultural outings: shows, exhibitions, dance, concerts, or movies, there will be plenty to choose from to plan your year of outings!
On the program: 300 cultural venues, about 100 free shows, 4 themed villages (exhibitions, concerts, shows, getaways),…
Culture au Quai is hosting many exhibitors again this year such as: The National Dance Center, the Louvre Museum, la maison rouge, the Camille Claudel Museum, The French Cinematheque, Cultura, the Odéon Theater, la Villette, the Pavillon des Canaux, Radio France,…
Not to be missed:
- Debate on the inclusion of migrants through culture with Marie-José Malis (La Commune), Hélène Orain (National Museum of the History of Immigration), Aurélie El Hassak Marzorati (Emmaüs Solidarité), and Didier Leschi (French Office for Immigration and Integration).
- Excerpts from children’s shows: Masha and the Bear, Once Upon a Time… Life, Richard the Stork
- Acrobatic demonstrations with the Académie Fratellini.
- Visual arts workshops with the Museum of Mankind, the Vuitton Foundation, the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, the National Museum of the History of Immigration, and the Gaîté Lyrique.
- Dance demonstrations courtesy of La Villette and the National Conservatory of Music and Dance.
- Meeting on artistic practice dedicated to youth, with Laurent Bayle (Philharmonie), Hortense Archambault (MC 93), and Bruno Juilliard (Paris City Hall, subject to change).
- Saturday night is party time! A dozen personalities will come to share their commitment to migrants through a story of exile, the performance of an iconic work, the creation of a duo with a displaced person…
- As a closing act, the French Collection ball from the Divan du Monde!
