Paris mobilizes for its newsstands

The 1st edition of “Paris loves its newsstands” will take place starting tomorrow, Wednesday the 17th, through Sunday, April 21, 2013, on the forecourt of the Hôtel de Ville (4th district) to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Parisian newsstands.

An initiative supported by the Paris City Hall and MédiaKiosk, in partnership with press publishers.

Paris loves its newsstands poster, Expo & Activities April 17-21, 2013.

For 5 days, on the forecourt of the Hôtel de Ville, the Newsstand Village will host exhibitions, play areas, and will feature panel discussions, meet-ups with journalists, etc. Everything is open-access and free.

On the agenda: exhibitions, debates, and meetings with press publishers, reporter associations, and journalists
