So naturally, this speaks to me! My sleep time is particularly precious (and essential to my well-being and my survival until the end of the day), so I often tell myself that gaining a few minutes to sleep a bit longer wouldn’t exactly be a luxury…
Especially since, for several years now, I have prioritized breakfast—along with lunch—as my 2 most important meals of the day in my daily diet. Dinner is always lighter, and I often wake up feeling hungry.
