The 25th edition of Taste Week is currently taking place all over France from October 13th to October 19th, 2014.
Taste Week, which has been held every year in October since 1990, aims to educate consumers, especially children, about taste and flavors. It also seeks to provide educational information about food trades, products, their origins, production methods, and specific characteristics, as well as to pass on skills and encourage healthy and sustainable eating habits.
The program for this wonderful event includes taste workshops (led by chefs, some free and others paid), taste tables (restaurants offering special menus at reduced prices during Taste Week), taste lessons (organized in schools by food industry professionals), and various activities in markets or shops.

- The bistronomic restaurant “Ô À La Bouche,” at the legendary Hôtel Le Radiana located in the thermal village of La Léchère-Les-Bains, is hosting friendly gatherings with regional French producers (from the Alps, Périgord, etc.), free tastings, themed dinners, and cooking workshops for the occasion.
