For all Parisians, the Tour Montparnasse remains an emblem of the 70s in the capital. This Thursday, September 12, 2013, it will celebrate its 40th anniversary with songs. For this celebration, music, lights, and balloons will be there to mark the 40th birthday of the Tower.
The Ensemble Immobilier Tour Maine – Montparnasse invites all Parisians to share in this festive moment. Indeed, we are all invited to come dance at the foot of the tower to the sound of the Orchestre du Paris Bal Rock, featuring a musical repertoire from the 1970s to the present day.
And to grab a bite to eat, food trucks (including Marguerite du Pré) will be set up on the square: hot dogs, candy apples, waffles…
On the program:
- a big free concert for everyone starting at 8:00 PM
- a true sound and light show, designed by lighting designer Régis Clouzet, for this anniversary, which will take place at nightfall and hold a beautiful surprise for the public
