I had already mentioned the We Love Green festival on the blog back in 2014 and that was also the year I went for the first time if I recall correctly…
We Love Green, which in a way kicks off the summer music festival season, will be held on Saturday, June 10 and Sunday, June 11, 2017. It is also the most bucolic and eco-friendly festival in the region, as it is being held this year in the Bois de Vincennes (75012 Paris).
The eco-responsible festival maintains a rather family-friendly atmosphere with a large space dedicated to children and it follows an extremely precise green charter.
Musical lineup: Solange, Justice, Nicolas Jaar, Camille or even Damso.
On the food side, we will see a greater selection of vegetarian dining options this year, and for drinks, Mouton Cadet will be the official supplier of the We Love Green Festival in the VIP area. Moreover, all elements used in the design and decoration of the Green Cadet bar will be chosen to be as recyclable as possible and will come, in particular, from the Mouton Cadet Wine Center (corks, crates, bottles…).
A little extra: The festival’s unsold items and surpluses will be recovered by Phenix, a company specializing in giving products a second life, to be redistributed for free to charitable organizations and transformed during solidarity meals for disadvantaged populations.
