I had already told you about the first three editions, so it is with great pleasure that I present to you today the fourth edition of Goûts d’Yvelines, a unique public event focused on gastronomy, organized by Yvelines Tourisme in collaboration with the Yvelines Departmental Council.

This event will be held over two weekends, from November 19 to 27, 2016, to showcase the expertise of Yvelines chefs and local produce from the department (mushrooms, snails, smoked fish, market garden produce, beers…). Conviviality, well-being, and healthy eating will be the keywords of this event.

As a foretaste of the Christmas holidays, this unifying event will bring the public together for just over a week, alongside food industry professionals, restaurateurs, artisans, and producers, including its patron, Simone Zanoni, former chef of the Trianon Palace, in an atmosphere of exchange and generosity.

On the program: cooking classes, demonstrations, tastings of local products, behind-the-scenes tours, gourmet shops, culinary contests, and taste discoveries.

Mademoiselle Bon Plan’s little selection:

  • Celebrate local products and short supply chains among the major markets (Mantes-la-Jolie / Château de la Madeleine in Chevreuse / Ferme de Grignon in Thiverval-Grignon).
