An ephemeral garden with a beer theme, called “The Brewer’s Garden” organized by Heineken, will take place on the Parvis de la Défense starting tomorrow, Thursday, June 7th, and running until Saturday, June 9, 2012.

On the agenda for these 3 days: relaxation, discovery, and a host table orchestrated by Romain Tischenko, the winner of the 1st season of Top Chef.

Green spaces set up for the occasion will also allow passersby to take a break and get familiar with Beerology.

Finally, in the shade of the hop arbor, visitors will gather around a large host table set up for the occasion. Indeed, Romain Tischenko will be present to share his expertise in Beerology with the public. As the chef of the restaurant Le Galopin, he will offer a tasting experience pairing beer and food with his creative bites.

So that visitors can keep a souvenir of this ephemeral creation, a multitude of small pots sown with barley will be installed in the garden. Everyone can reserve a pot during their visit, and these can then be picked up on the last day, at the end of the day.
