This year, from February 23rd to March 3rd, 2013, the 50th edition of the traditional Salon de l’Agriculture will be held at the Porte de Versailles in Paris.
The Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety (DG Sanco, a branch of the European Commission) will be present at the show this year and has called upon some friendly and well-known chefs from the show Top Chef to offer cooking workshops at their booth.
