You know that I am particularly fond of Italian restaurants, mainly because Italian gastronomy is absolutely delicious, wouldn’t you agree! Today, in this article, I am sharing a selection of places to enjoy an Italian aperitivo without leaving the French capital. I am always happy to discover new great Italian addresses in Paris and add to this section of the blog.

La Lupa
In January 2026, the Italian restaurant Neuvième Cru, run by brothers Yanis and Zahir Hamour, was transformed into La Lupa. A new identity that emphasizes the venue’s Italian spirit even more, sitting somewhere between a transalpine canteen and an aperitivo haunt. Indeed, in the evening, the place switches to Aperitivo mode, with dimmed lighting and a menu featuring generous plates to share, cocktails, and Italian wines, all in a family-friendly atmosphere. On the program are traditional Italian charcuterie and cheese boards (€12) and the House’s generous offerings (Roman-style artichokes €12, nonna’s polpette €14, arancino €10…). Everything is very good and the prices are very affordable. A great address for a romantic Italian aperitivo.

Thursday Aperitivo at Pasticceria Cova
The Italian brand Pasticceria Cova offers a chance to discover the Milanese-style aperitivo without leaving Paris! Its Parisian boutique is located across from the Pont-Neuf in Paris, where you can find delicious Italian pastries. And on Thursday evenings, you can enjoy an Italian-style aperitivo all year round with a cocktail (with or without alcohol), which comes with a savory selection (homemade canapés + a dish; on that evening, we had risotto). Also on the program: chic and friendly Italian-style service and a festive atmosphere!

Italian aperitivo at Dai Dai
“Dai Dai!”, which means “Come on, come on!” in English, is the name of this restaurant located on Rue Oberkampf, offering a chance to discover the Italian aperitivo from Venice to Naples, passing through Bologna via great products. This makes for a very friendly and lively address right in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, ideal for relaxing after work and enjoying a few Italian products to share while putting the world to rights with friends.

Must try:
- Cicchetti (€6 for 3), a classic Venetian aperitif! Similar to bruschetta, they are accompanied by a choice of toppings, and here they are composed daily based on seasonal arrivals.
- We also tested some Antipasti like the delicious Cerignola olives (which come from Puglia) accompanied by some Parmigiano Reggiano (€6) and various charcuterie.
- For drinks, I obviously recommend you take a look at the list of Italian wines.
- Here, the pizzas are made with a dough leavened for 72 hours and cooked to order in the Neapolitan oven that sits behind the circular bar. Since we had already eaten well, rather than having a pizza each, we preferred to share the Rotolino, a pizza rolled into a “filoncino” with tomatoes, mozzarella, and ham (€13).
- To finish, I obviously tested the homemade tiramisu (€7), my favorite dessert, and I must admit that, unfortunately, I found this one a bit too dry for my taste…
- And then, obviously, we always end an Italian meal with a good coffee!
