Great French Cuisine heads into the metro

This is the 3rd edition of this event, organized by the RATP, in partnership with Marc de Champérard, creator of the eponymous Guide who is also one of the founders of the Popular University of Taste. This operation gives everyone the opportunity to taste recipes from great chefs who highlight local produce.

Great Cuisine in the Metro” starts today and will be held in the north mezzanine area of the Miromesnil station (lines 9 and 13) in Paris until Thursday.

On the program for these 3 days of free culinary demonstrations:

Tuesday, October 18: (8:30 AM; 12:30 PM; 4:30 PM) an event featuring bread, a symbol of the French table, by artisan baker Eric Kayser

Wednesday, October 19: (12:30 PM; 6:00 PM) the “soupe à la jambe de bois” (wooden leg soup), a traditional popular Lyonnais dish, by Jean-François Piège

Thursday, October 20: (12:30 PM; 5:30 PM), products from the Ile-de-France region will be a source of inspiration for chef Patrick Bertron
