Today for our Sunday special brunch session in Paris, we headed to LE BAL, an exhibition space dedicated to documentary photography that has been open since last September. This cultural venue houses the BAL Café, which offers a selection of gourmet dishes—typically English—revisited with originality.
There’s no set menu for this 100% British brunch, but rather savory and sweet English specialties that allow you to travel to the other side of the English Channel for a few hours. I really liked the originality of this brunch, with products and dishes I had never tasted before. My only criticism would be that the bill is a bit steep if you want to try a bit of everything… And a special shout-out for their cheesecake… just too good!
