My snack time at Pâtisserie des Rêves

One Sunday afternoon, we went with friends to test the Pâtisserie des Rêves by Philippe Conticini, which I had heard so much about lately.

The Pâtisserie des Rêves has two locations in Paris, and we visited the second one, located in the 16th arrondissement, to enjoy their small tea room.

The word “dream” (rêve) perfectly applies to this place, both for the eyes and the palate. While the prices aren’t cheap, the quality was definitely there, and it’s good to treat yourself from time to time.

In any case, I was not disappointed by my visit, and here are a few photos to make your mouth water!

To taste:

  • The classic of classics from the house, the incomparable Paris-Brest (€9)
  • The Mont Blanc (€7.20)
  • The choux pastry bar
  • The tarte tatin Philippe Conticini style (€7)
  • The homemade hot caramel and its tiramisu scoop (€7)
  • The passion fruit cake (seasonal pastry)
  • The delicious homemade infusions (€5.50)
Mont-blanc, mignardises and cutlery on a pastry shop table.

Price: expect between €6 and €9 for a pastry, €7 for a hot chocolate or hot caramel, €5.50 for teas.
