This Parisian spot, which offers Italian dishes, is obviously extremely well-known for being one of the rare gluten-free pizzerias in the capital.
For my part, I admit that I don’t have any allergies and therefore don’t particularly look to eat gluten-free, but knowing a few people who have this issue, I find it really great to be able to offer places like Little Nonna, which allow people who are allergic or who no longer wish to consume gluten (or less of it) to still be able to treat themselves to a good pizza or pasta.

For info, the restaurant is located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, not far from the Arc de Triomphe and the Charles de Gaulle Etoile station.
On the menu, you’ll find pizzas and pastas that are gluten-free and prepared with mostly organic products imported from Italy.

For the dishes, wheat flour is replaced by corn, buckwheat, whole or semi-whole rice flour to obtain preparations with 0% gluten. And even the bread and foccacia are made gluten-free by the restaurant’s baker.
Must-try:
- To start in aperitif mode, I recommend getting a plate of Antipasti to share (1 product €7 / 2 products €13 / 3 products €20 / 4 products). We chose to taste the Burratina with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil, and the Prosciutto di Parma DOP, a 24-month aged Italian ham.

- Obviously, you have to test the house’s gluten-free pizzas, and you’ll have a choice, even in terms of size because you can order a small pizza, a pizzetta (between €8 and €18) or the standard version (between €10 and €20). Verdict: the pizza is really good, even if I found the dough a little too soft for my taste (but hey, I like it when it’s super crunchy, which must be difficult to achieve without gluten).

- To vary the pleasures a bit, we also tested a pasta dish, the Penne alla Norma (€15) with cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, ricotta, and eggplant.

- For dessert, unsurprisingly, I tasted the house tiramisu (€8) which I must admit is not bad at all! Actually, it’s very good…

- For his part, my favorite photographer loves panna cotta (€7) in Italian restaurants; go figure… This one was soft caramel.

- And to finish the meal, obviously, nothing better than a little coffee (well, I love it anyway).

The little extra: a large host table specially designed for tribes, which can accommodate between 8 and 12 people (a good tip for groups)
Thanks to Little Nonna and the Fort et Clair agency for this invitation.
