The first time I discovered restaurant Pasco, it was during the Gourmet Fortnight by Resto Partner, an event that highlights regional products, which I had previously mentioned during my discovery of Petit Marguery, rive gauche, for its summer edition that took place between Monday, July 11th and Sunday, July 24th, 2016. I later returned with my favorite photographer during the summer of 2021 after it was taken over by Maison Guy Martin. Below, you will find photos from our visit in 2016 and others from our visit in 2021.
This restaurant has been around since 2003, and its name comes from the partnership of two men passionate about the restaurant world, both named Pascal. Located just a short walk from the Invalides in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, this establishment offers gastronomy focused on southern cuisine. I also really liked the interior decor of the restaurant, designed by Katherina Marx.

As for the food, the chef uses quality products to prepare dishes with Mediterranean accents, all accompanied by very pleasant and smiling service, which is always worth mentioning.
Our lunch in 2016:
- As an appetizer, one of the house classics, the eggplant millefeuille with fresh goat cheese and pistou (€9).
- Another perfect summer appetizer, the tomato gazpacho with Baux olive oil and a breadstick (€14).
- The generous dish of the gourmet fortnight, the red tuna tataki with sesame seeds, vegetable tagliatelle with mango, and a honey-wasabi vinegar (€26). A very successful pairing and a perfect dish for summer.
- For a more classic main, my carnivorous photographer tried the yellow farm-raised chicken supreme with mustard sauce and Basmati rice (€24).
- To finish, you must try the “Pasco” profiteroles (€9), the house signature dessert, which has been on the menu for several years. The photo only shows half of the profiterole because I shared it with my favorite photographer (we were too full as the meal was quite generous).

Our lunch in 2021:
- Sea bream ceviche with citrus and passion fruit (€16); green asparagus risotto, which I personally found a bit bland (€25); semi-cooked swordfish with eggplant caviar with mint (€29); and for dessert, still the famous Pasco profiteroles with Piedmont hazelnuts (€9).

Price: lunch menu starting from €26 / dinner menus at €31 and €36
The tip: the main dish + glass of wine + coffee combo for €26, available only at lunch from Monday to Friday
The extra touch: a very nice little terrace, protected from the street and shaded by a retractable awning
