It was on that famous Sunday when Paris found itself covered in a thick white blanket of snow that I met up with Mélanie at the Facebar for the traditional Sunday brunch.
I didn’t know this place at all, but I let myself be guided by my friend’s recommendations and I wasn’t disappointed.
The place is quite small (22 covers in total, but there are two brunch seatings: 12:00 PM/12:30 PM and 2:00 PM/2:30 PM) and looks like a popular Parisian bar with its checkered tablecloths and zinc bar.
As for the brunch, it includes:
- a hot drink
- freshly squeezed orange juice
- an all-you-can-eat sweet buffet (everything is homemade, absolutely delicious, special mention for the panna cotta on the day we went)
- a savory plate (slice of the daily tart, salad, and potato gratin that day)
- eggs (prepared exactly as you like them)
Apparently, the place is often packed, which is perfectly understandable given the quality of the brunch and its very reasonable price: €21.50.
I recommend that you remember to book if you want to try this place.
