Today, I’m going to introduce you to a rather special brunch!
Indeed, a few weeks ago, I was invited along with other bloggers to a Fleury Michon brunch at a beautiful private mansion near the Trocadéro.
The concept was innovative, as we were each asked to create a recipe of our choice using Fleury Michon culinary aids.
For my part, I had tried (quite laboriously, it must be admitted) to make a tortilla de patatas using the Fleury Michon Serrano cured ham strips to make my humble contribution to this gourmet and foodie gathering.
I must say that everything was beautiful, delicious, and we really had a great time. To make your mouth water, here is a quick look at this gargantuan brunch in photos.
And best of all, it was sunny that very noon, and we were able to enjoy the hotel’s garden for a little moment of relaxation away from the gloomy weather.
